Experience:

As Managing Director I am responsible for the overall management of the Practice including marketing, programming, resourcing and financial control.

Using my extensive knowledge of the landscape industry I retain a close involvement in the early stage establishment of project procedures, concept design and costing to provide as smooth a passage through the projects as possible. I carry out a regular monitoring role through all projects.

• Leeds Mental Health Re-provision Project - from concept to final completion;
• Touchwood Court, Solihull - New town centre shopping development with Bovis Lend Lease;
• Dickens Heath, Solihull - Major new village centre development;
• Involved in submission of a bid for Tameside BSF with Norwest Holst;
• Worked on a PFI bid with Kajima for Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Authority for 10 new community fire stations;
• Involved in preparation of designs for new police headquarters and custody centres as part of competitive PFI bid for Gloucestershire Police Authority;

As the IT Manager I take responsibility for overseeing the computer hardware and software systems that are essential to the running of the office.
